Over the past year, line dancing and partner dancing have gained momentum across Minnesota, from the Twin Cities metro to towns like Milaca, Mankato, Lake City, Kellogg, and Winona. In western Wisconsin, there are events in Hudson, La Crosse, Chippewa Falls, and St. Croix Falls. Dance lessons and socials are taking off in restaurants/bars with dance floors, breweries, historic ballrooms, American Legions, Eagles, and VFW halls that now regularly lease or donate their space for events.
